Laila is an active professional Performance Improvement Specialist. She is currently leading a team of innovative team to customize, create, and update training manuals, to deliver structured performance driven training campaigns. Laila has achieved many accomplishments for her clients throughout her professional experience. Designed and introduced intermediate II training course for Vanier College – summer 2016, and updated training manuals for Atwater library – summer 2015. In addition, she coaches a team of trainers to run courses for Montreal Network’s corporate and CGEP clients.

At Knowledge One, in collaboration with the SME (Subject Matter Expert) She designed a high-level storyboard and a detailed objectives plan to a high visible project- Sexual Violence Training. This course will be a mandatory training to all Students, Staff and Faculty members at Concordia University as of January 2019, as per bill 151.

Through her international experience, Laila was responsible for creating training manuals and delivering training campaigns for Dubai World employees. She analyzed the help-desk support calls and created training materials that was delivered to business units accordingly. She received the Internal Audits award for her IT training manuals on Jan 2007.

As a volunteer, Laila designs training material to help language school teacher write their objectives, design a more effective lesson plan, and motivate their learners.  Outside of professional interests, she travels widely, reads, writes, and enjoys living in Montreal with her family.
